The hotel didn't meet my expectations. The rooms had old furniture and were not well maintained, lacking natural light and fresh air. Cleanliness was an issue, with mold in the bathroom and inadequate water pressure. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with staff speaking good English and providing a pleasant stay. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in variety.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is amazing, close to transportation options, but our family room view was not ideal. The rooms on the 6th floor had mold issues, and although we were moved to a different room, it also had mold, which was a drawback. The breakfast experience was vibrant and enjoyable, offering a lovely view from the rooftop restaurant. The service was efficient and accommodating, but the staff's noise level was a bit distracting during service.
